Delete your account in the app

If you still have access to Bouncing Ball, open your Player Profile and follow these steps:

1. Player Profile
2. Delete Account
3. Delete
4. Yes

Need the app again? Reinstall Bouncing Ball from Google Play.

Deleting your Bouncing Ball account does not delete your Google Account, Google Play Games profile, achievements, or leaderboard data. Those Google-managed services are handled separately.

What will be deleted

The in-app deletion flow removes Bouncing Ball-controlled account and game data, including:

• Bouncing Ball account and game data
• Profile
• Statistics
• Arcade Bits
• Hardcore Bits
• Owned Store items
• Equipped items
• Saved game progress

Limited records may be retained where necessary for purchase verification or restoration, refunds or revocations, fraud prevention, security, and legal or compliance obligations.

Your Player ID

The app uses a public Player ID in the format BB-XXXX-XXXX. Include it in a support request if available; it can help us identify the Bouncing Ball account. It is not proof of ownership, authentication, a password, or a secret.

Cannot use the in-app option?

Send an account deletion request to our official support email. This request will be reviewed and processed; submitting it does not automatically delete the account.

We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the deletion.
